    So basically Democrat Biden is considering ingnoring the science and making a desicion based on emotions and getting votes. I know this cannot be possible because we all KNOW that democrats, liberals, and leftists never make
    decisions that go against science.

    Must be some decision that Trump made and Biden just inherited. <rollseyes>

    All I can find is that there is a recommendation. It is a complicated
    issue with arguments on both sides.
    The article that you site did not give arguments and given that the
    source was Fox News, I am skeptical.
