That's a lot of BS for hispanic people to swallow. Not all Texas hispanics are
of Mexican descent. Plus I've been to a lot of Mexican restaurants and I've never seen a "breakfast taco" on the menu. There's a lot wrong with her comment.
I don't think she thought they were all Mexican. I think she was saying that they are a diverse group, from different backgrounds, and made the mistake of using "breakfast burritos" as something else that are also unique, depending on their restaurant of origin.
In my town, there are a lot of "Mexican" restaurants that are run by, or that employ, people who are actually from Central American countries.

But notice the menus though: They'll offer "breakfast burritos," but not "breakfast tacos." Jill Biden should know that, but she seems to think that they're all just interchangeable words to use while refering to foods that her
landscapers eat.

That's bad luck. We get to choose from three Mexican restaurants within 5 minutes of our house for breakfast burritos - well, four actually, but one of them is so expensive that I wouldn't think of going there.
