    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Peach Salsa w/Cilantro & Lime
    Categories: Five, Appetisers, Fruits, Citrus, Herbs
    Yield: 6 Servings

    4 Fresh peaches; peeled,
    - pitted, diced
    1/4 Red onion; fine chopped
    1 tb Chopped fresh cilantro
    1 Lime; juiced
    1 ts White sugar

    Mix peaches, onion, and cilantro together in a large bowl;
    drizzle with lime juice. Sprinkle salsa with sugar; toss
    to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
