Title: Pomegranate Champagne Punch

2 c Champagne **
1 c Pomegranate juice
1 c Seltzer
1/2 c Citrus vodka **
Lemon twists; garnish

** For a nonalcoholic version, combine 2 1/2 cups seltzer
and 2 cups pomegranate juice.

Combine champagne, pomegranate juice, seltzer and vodka in
a large bowl or pitcher. Serve over ice with a twist of
lemon.

Title: Champagne Shrimp Salad In A Filo Cup
Categories: Appetisers, Seafood, Dairy, Vegetables, Pastry
Yield: 8 servings

3 oz Champagne mustard
3 ts Dijon mustard
3 ts Champagne vinegar
2 oz Mayonnaise
2 1/2 oz Sour cream
1/2 c Fine diced celery
1/4 c Fine diced red onion
1 lb Cooked shrimp
Salt & white pepper
Fine chopped dill; garnish
1/2 c Fine diced cucumbers;
- garnish
Filo cups

Toss all ingredients above except for the garnish and
filo cups; set aside in refrigerator until party time.

When ready to serve, slightly warm filo cups for a few
minutes in a 200°F/93°C oven. Fill filo cups with shrimp
salad. Put some cucumber on top and sprinkle with dill.

Top these classic appetizers with chives, or for some
festive color, try some finely diced red pepper,
