3 lb Broiler-fryer chicken; cut
- up
2 tb Cooking oil
10 3/4 oz Can meatless spaghetti
- sauce
1/4 c Dry wine
4 oz Can sliced mushrooms
Brown chicken in oil until golden brown.
Combine spaghetti sauce, wine, mushrooms and mushroom
liquid. Pour over chicken. Cover and simmer about 45
minutes or until chicken is tender.
Yield: 4 portions
