Title: Brown Derby Cobb Salad

2 1/2 c Shredded iceberg lettuce
1 c Chopped cooked chicken
1 lg Hard-boiled egg; coarse
- chopped
1 tb Bacon bits
1 Avocado; peeled, pitted,
- coarse chopped
1 lg Tomato; coarse chopped
1 tb Crumbled blue cheese
2 tb Light ranch dressing

Arrange lettuce on two plates. Evenly divide chicken,
egg, bacon, avocado, and tomato in rows on top of
lettuce. Sprinkle blue cheese over top.

Drizzle with ranch dressing and serve.
