1 c Water
3/4 c White sugar
1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Cornstarch
1/4 ts Red food coloring; (opt)
1 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Butter

Set aside to cool. Set oven to 350ºF/175ºC.
In a large bowl, combine flour, confectioners' sugar,

"This is a fresh berry pie; the fruit is not cooked.
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream."
