Title: Fresh Fruit Shell Salad

1/2 lb Shells or other medium pasta

8 oz Plain yogurt
1/4 c Orange juice concentrate;
- thawed
20 oz Can pineapple chunks in
- juice; drained
1 lg Orange; peeled, sectioned,
- seeded
1 c Seedless red grapes; halved
1 c Seedless green grapes;
- halved
1 Apple; cored, chopped
1 Banana; sliced
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta to
desired doneness; drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix yogurt and orange juice
concentrate.
In a large bowl, combine the fruit. Add yogurt mixture
and pasta; toss to coat. Cover; chill thoroughly.
Toss gently before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
