    Good ${greeting_time}, All!

    ${subj} appears to be back and running now. However, something appears to be broken at site root directory, so the HTTP daemon returns "403 Forbidden". Hopefully this would be fixed soon.

    The most important http://ftsc.org/docs part works just fine.
