Hello Everybody,
Repent! Repent! The end (or new beginning) is nigh!
Our editor has reminded us how horrible our comprehension skills
are, especially in regards to what is meant by the law and who it
is for -
What very few people seem to understand, is that a constitution is BF>the
law for the lawmakers (not the people!). It tells the lawmakers BF>what
laws the may create. If it's not explicitly said so in the
constitution, any related law is unconstitutional. This totally >BF>different from the laws, where it says what you cannot do -- if BF>it's
not mentioned in the law you can go ahead and do it.
With that in mind, it should be noted that Donald J. Trump does
not have to wait before election day in order for him to reclaim
the White House. All he needs is a little bit of help from a few
of his friends.
And to think he will do this without ever being in violation
of the US Constitution.
Here is his plan. Mad or not, it is his plan. And it will work.
Congressional elections will be held November 8, 2022.
Democrats control the House by 5 votes, out of 435.
Should be easy for Republicans to win a majority.
The Senate is evenly split, 50/50, and is also likely
for Republicans to win a majority.
The first week of January 2023 will be when the new Congress
is sworn in. On the very first day members are sworn in, the
House of Representatives will elect Donald J. Trump as Speaker.
Within hours, articles of impeachment will be filed against
President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. Then
both will be impeached, and sent to the Senate for trial.
The US Constitution requires a two-thirds vote in order to
convict, so in order to ensure the desired outcome Republicans
will get rid of 25 to 30 Senators (mostly Democrats) so that
those wishing to convict will have a two-thirds majority, as
mandated by the US Constitution.
The trial will be short and swift. Probably lasting no more
than a few minutes. Then Speaker Trump will assume the office
of POTUS, all in due accordance to the US Constitution.
And then, before you know it, President Donald J. Trump will
name his son Donald J. Trump, Jr. as Vice President. And the
vote to confirm in the Senate will be unanimous.
Welcome to Trumpland, and color the world orange.
