The power of Law

Hi, All!
Looking at the Jokovich deportation I now can say that those people who
claim that a court decision in the West is the highest, can shut up and
stop their propaganda. The opinion of a bureaucrat is higher, and he can
spit at all court decisions, after being properly paid. ;-)
Bye, All!

This disinterested observer's view notes that the situation failed the 'pub test' (aka court of public opinion). The subject personage was on the receiving end of special treatment, by comparison with long-term refugees in detention.
By public request, his access to Australia was forcibly reviewed, and certainly once some honesty of his part was forthcoming (i.e. facts withheld or falsified in his visa application).
The mere fact of an upcoming election may have presented an opportunity of gaining votes may have impelled public institutions, to improve their (plural) performance. That only provided impetus.
Cheers,
Paul.

I was in the USA Dec.26th through Jan.6th ... well, eventually the 7th after some cancelations.
During those 12 days the Belgian requirements for return were changed (that is returning to my own country), so were the German ones (I was intending to fly via Frankfurt) who in the meantime also changed it, the American rules were fully untransparant but that didn't matter ... I had to bow in the direction the law of 3 different countries required me to bow and deal with how airport staff were interpreting all that.
At not a single moment could I be placed above the law, I just had to deal with the situation.
JoCovid knew the strict Australian policies, he tried to bend them and they proved too rigid. Other players complied ...
When you go to another country, you bend to their rules. Do not agree? Then don't go.
When I go to Russia I have to accept that Russian authorities will track my every move ... been there, done that ...

If a decision is founded on idiocy and ignorance it tells about the
people who make such decisions. There were absolutely no grounds to
think that Djokovich was a danger for Australia, and his covid illness
in December was a perfect substitute for a vaccine. Just somebody got
some money to bar him from the competition. PCR tests can't help in
fighting corruption in sport. A very low impression about Australia
after this.
PS: I am not a Djokovich fan.

Well, his words are perfectly heard via Internet anyway, and maximum
that he had said was something about a free choice. Showing themselves

facts and court decisions it has a strong negative effect.

It impossible to discredit the law more than it can be done by fools and idiots. That decision against Djokovich has actually multiplied the anvi-vaccine supporters.
Bye, David!

It is a universally accepted truth that the people after covid has immunity against the disease al least as good as after a vaccination.
And yet so many are getting COVID a subsequent time...
Those who deny it are ignorant and wild people. Well, no. They are just bribed ones.
Your evidence for that?

Antibodies are not for preventing diseases, but for fighting with
diseases. Antibodies can be compared with antibiotic agents. They fight microbes, but only fools will shot themselves with them constantly as
the measure to prevent himself completely from contamination. This
policy is extremely bad, because it causes microbes to be resistible.
The same can be applied to the policy of constant vaccination against
covid.

I don't think Australian are fools, the there remain only another option.
