fellow from Serbia. Too bad he croaked the day before his trial.
The Hague better make sure it locks all the windows so the new
guy doesn't fall out.

The Biden administration has officially concluded that Russia
committed crimes against humanity during the war in Ukraine.
That is what Kamala Harris said, in public, at the Munich
security conference.

She also said "perpetrators will be held to account over Ukraine
war" - and she means the business. Just as she did when she was a
prosecutor in California.
