    Hello Everybody,

Here in America, the land of the free, and the home of the brave,
    it is Patriot Day.

What did President George W. Bush tell Americans to do when he
addressed the nation from the site where the WTC once stood?
Does anybody remember? I do. Quite clearly.

As our president stood between two firefighters, with the rubble
of the WTC Twin Towers in the background, he told us all to "hug
your children" and to "go shopping."

So we listened, and did our patriotic duty.

And then forgot all about it and went about our daily business.

Just as GWB forgot all about bringing to justice those who were
responsible for the events of 9/11.

I am sure President Joe Biden did his patriotic duty today,
laying a wreath at the site in commemoration of the dead. And
I am also sure President Barack Obama had his own way of doing
so. And George W. Bush (as he has for years). And President
Bill Clinton. As well as President Jimmy Carter.

But what about President Donald J. Trump? Has he forgotten all
about what happened, and the sacrifices people made so terrorists
could no longer strike our shores? Oh, he laid a wreath at the
site, but only as part of his presidential duties. But rather than
protect Americans from harm, he preferred to shake hands with
    dictators and thugs.

Seems the only thing Trump has on his mind now is to repeat his
Big Lie, which he began chanting months before the 2020 election.
And having his lackeys stating their own wishes to impeach the
only elected President we have, Joe Biden.

Talk about real patriots, doing their duty. Not to country, but
to their orange god. Rather than praise them, we should condemn
them all for who and what they are - domestic terrorists.

    Have a Day,
    Lee
