It's fascinating to watch how people all over the world, suddenly have become aware of the ICC.
Even more fascination to watch is that not even people from Ukraine seem to be aware of the facts about ICC.
Fact #1:
As of March 2022, there are 123 ICC member states; 42 states have neither signed nor become parties to the Rome Statute.
Fact #2:
Ukraine has signed but still not ratified.
Fact #3:
As I've told y'all before, the war crime gang of four, Russia, Israel, Sudan and the USA, have all openly declared that they will *never* ratify the damn thing.
Now, how is that for being totally out of jurisdiction?
Maybe Ukraine can try to get a war crime hearing in the USA?
