    Title: Tangy Cold Shoulder Sandwiches
    Categories: Pork, Breads, Citrus, Condiments
    Yield: 6 Servings

    3 lb Shoulder roast; cooked
    - (pork), sliced thin
    12 Whole wheat hamburger buns

    MMMMM---------------------------SAUCE--------------------------------
    1 ts Salt
    1/3 c Hunt's ketchup (no HFCS)
    3 tb Orange juice
    2 tb Honey
    2 tb Worcestershire sauce .
    1/2 ts Colman's dry mustard
    2 tb Cornstarch
    2 tb Cold water

Combine sauce ingredients in sauce pan and cook over
moderate heat, stirring reasonably often, until well
    combined and of desired thickness.

While sauce is cooking down slice the cold roast
shoulder in reasonable slices, dividing into 4 oz
    portions. Set aside.

At this point you can let the sauce cool and either
spoon the sauce over the pork slices on each bun or
put each portion of pork slices into the sauce, removing
and letting excess drain back into the pot, placing the
    sauced pork onto the bun(s).

Garnish with lettuce leaves and/or onion if desired.

Serve with French fried potatoes, or thick wavy potato
    chips, or sweet potato fries.

    Makes 6 servings (12 sandwiches)
