Since I'm generally up and about by 0400 I use my Fido activities to
get my juices flowing and my circulation working properly. Bv)=
And I am often not in bed by 0400, nor up and about before 1300.
I used to be that way. But as I have aged 20:00 is my usual time for a
kip, and 04:00 time to rise and pretend to shine. Bv)= I'm very seldom vertical much beyond 22:00. Diff'rent strokes and all that.
Here is a message from someone we would easily welcome back.
