Title: Skillet Corn And Chicken
Categories: D/g, Chicken, Boat
Yield: 4 servings

1 tb Margarine
4 Boneless, skinless chicken
-breast halves
1 cn Campbell 's Golden Corn
-soup
1/2 c Milk
2 c Broccoli flowerets
1 c Shredded cheddar cheese.
1/8 ts Pepper

Prep time:10 minute Cook time: 25 minute

In skillet, in hot margarine, cook chicken 10 min. or until browned.
Remove, set aside. Spoon off or pour off fat. Leave browned bits in
pan.

In skillet, combine remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Return
chicken to skillet.

Cover, cook over low heat 10 min. or until chicken is no longer pink
and broccoli is tender crisp. Stir often.

VARIATIONS to try --
use sour cream instead of milk.
add chili powder.
add salsa instead of milk.

Title: Karta
Categories: Five, Exotic
Yield: 2 Servings

100 g Karta (horse rectum)
Salt
Green pepper
+=OR=+
Dill

Not for the faint-hearted. The thick part of the rectum
is washed, without removing the fat, and then carefully
turned inside out so that the fat is inside. It's washed
once more and then tied up at both ends. Karta can be
dried or smoked.

To dry karta it is covered with fine salt and kept in a
cool place for 1-2 days, then dried out.

Karta needs to be smoked for 24 hours and then dried for
2-3 days. After washing it well karta is boiled for 2
hours on a slow fire.

It is served cut into rings and decorated with green
pepper or dill.

Grin, dropping out the politics (which you didn't start) that don't belong, here's a replacement original recipe. Like much of my cooking, it's a fusion.

It's based off a Mexican/Puerto Rican blend from a Mexican co-worker who married a Puerto Rican who'd been stationed in Korea. The veg-all can is distinctly American and my addition to eplace the melange of veggies they used.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

Title: Xxcarol's Mexi-Portu Stew
Categories: Xxcarol, Stews, Soups
Yield: 6 Servings

1 lb Ground beef
1 lb Ground pork sausage (Chorizo)
1 cn Corn
1 cn Black beans
1 cn 'Veg-All'
2 cn Crushed tomatoes
1 ts Korean red pepper
1 1/2 ts Minced dried garlic

So what do you make when it snowed and you can't get out, but are
jonesing for a Mexican Chorizo stew? Grin, grab what ya got and make
something magical!

Brown your sausage and beef then lift with a slotted spoon to larger
pot. Now add the rest (do not drain the cans). Let simmer for 45
minutes to blend.

Optional: add an onion or a stray bell pepper. Keep it simple though,
that's the charm of this one!
