Title: "Off The Hook" Cocktail Spread

Yield: 12 servings
2 lb White flesh fish fillets;
- thawed, skinned
2 c Mayonnaise
1/2 ts Dried dill
1/2 ts White pepper
1/8 ts Lemon juice
2 c Diced celery
1 md Red bell pepper; diced
1/2 c Cocktail sauce
Set the oven @ 400ºF/205ºC.
Place fish in a 9" x 13" baking dish that has been
coated with nonstick vegetable spray and bake for 15 to
18 minutes, until it flakes evenly with a fork; set
aside to cool.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, 1/2
teaspoon dillweed, white pepper, celery, red peppers,
and 1/8 teaspoon lemon juice; mix well. Flake fish into
the mayonnaise mixture. Mix well.
Serve with cocktail sauce.
