1 c Ground almonds
2 tb Sherry
1/2 c Heavy cream
1/4 c Sugar
Combine the almonds and sack in a small bowl.
Put the cream and sugar in a small pot and heat until they almost
reach a boil. Stir in the almond-sack mixture.
Serve immediately.
