4 tb Oil
1 Onion; chopped
1 c Soy bean flakes
1 c Dry rice
1 ts Chili powder
1 ts Salt
3 c Water; boiling
Cheese; grated
Saute vegetables and bean flakes. Add other ingredients except
cheese. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes until rice is done. Serve on
bread or buns. Top with cheese.
