Title: Cheesesteak Sliders

2 lg Bell peppers; sliced
1 lg Sweet onion; sliced
1 tb Olive oil
24 oz (2 pkg) Hawaiian sweet rolls
1 1/2 lb Sliced deli roast beef
12 sl Provolone cheese
3/4 c Butter
1 1/2 ts Dried minced onion
1 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Garlic powder
In a large skillet, cook green peppers and onion in oil
over medium-high heat until tender, 8-10 minutes.
Without separating rolls, cut each package in half
horizontally; arrange bottom halves in a greased
13" X 9" baking pan. Layer with roast beef, pepper
mixture and cheese; replace top halves of rolls.
In a small saucepan, melt butter; add dried onion,
Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Drizzle over
rolls. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
Remove rolls from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes. Cover with foil; bake until
cheese is melted, 10 minutes longer.
