|10RR|08>|02 I'm a bit younger than most of you but I've been very interesting in|03
|10RR|08>|02 learning about past computing. I feel like this would be a great time to|03
|10RR|08>|02 get into it. It seems to be the closest you can get to the authentic|03
|10RR|08>|02 experience without relying on the aging equipment. I was late in ordering|03
|10RR|08>|02 so it seems that my unit wont be shipping until around march or april but|03
|10RR|08>|02 I've been watching a lot of videos. I'm really excited about using it to|03
|10RR|08>|02 connect to some BBSs and I like some of the modern touches they've added.|03
I he just called us all old! haha! Kidding of course. The C64 is a
piece a computing history, certainly a legend in my mind. I think with expectations set correctly you will have a good time with it. I remember spending hours typing in programs from Computer magazine, only to
realize that I entered something wrong in there somewhere and then I had
to learn debugging as a kid to figure out what was wrong. Those were
simpler times with plenty of free time. But with the vast game library available out the for a C64 you are bound to find many titles that keep
you interested. And also see if you can get it working to connect to
BBSs. I think it comes with a terminal program out of the box?
