So very awesome, m00p - whats yer presentation about? Does HOPE have any online talk presence? I know hope.net but assume they don't publicize their events like the DEF CONs of the world...

I've *never* been to HOPE, but always thought the East Coast hackers were pretty rad. :P

This one isn't with my parents, but mine would probably be the manifesto I wrote as a report on the Internet. It really wasn't supposed to come out that way, it just sort of did. My teacher, who fancied himself a bit of a techy, was highly offended by my copious use of the royal "you" which I assume he took as more targeted at him than I meant it to be. Picture a slightly less hippie version of Mr. Van Driessen from Beavis and Butthead. When he pulled me into his office his face was turning red and he was shaking holding back some kind of weird rage I must have triggered. That moment wasn't that cringe, but the dumb shit I wrote, and the fact that I didn't really realize how stupid it was until then, sure was. :P

I can describe it a bit better though. It basically read a lot like The Mentor's famous manifesto from Phrack in the 80s if you're familiar with it (if not, Google will definitely take you to it) but less well written and probably a lot more angsty. Ugh. *cringe*

We don't have it here either. It's been insane with the humidity, At least

Good luck on your search! I used to love my central air, but Andrea would
