    Not me, unfortunately. I have to work early tomorrow for a special change. There's also a part of it happening tonight that I don't need to participate in, but if it goes sideways I might be called. So... maybe one glass of bubbly or something. *shrug*

    Doubt it. We'll probably go out to eat and have a couple of beers. I just don't enjoy hangovers any more. Mornings used to be a big groggy and then clear up in a couple hours, while nowadays I'd be laid up all day. No thanks, it's not worth it.

    Hell, I may not even make it till midnight. ;)

    When I'm drunk, I feel just like I was 26 again for a brief moment. Come morning, I'm ready to be tossed onto the dead cart and hauled off. What
    a shame, because I'm Irish to the bone and love to drink!

    Exactly. There have been times I couldn't even be tossed onto anything, as I couldn't even get out of bed until after noon! I blame these new age craft IPAs that are like 7-10% ABV. Definitely not like having a bunch of light beer all day long. ;)

    Exactly what I said, to the tee. Our daughter went out and slept over at a friend's house, but we took our son out to eat around 9pm. I had a couple beers and wings, and we watched our basketball team lose (we're not even basketball fans, but it was on the TVs at the restaurant. Got home by 10pm, and probably went to sleep around 11.

    Up today at 6am with the entire day free, and nothing open. It's going to be a long day. :D

    I stopped drinking about 6 months ago - just got bored, I suspect. Had
    one double IPA last night, about 9% abv, and had a nice buzz going on.
    Fell asleep around 11:45. :(

    Dude - it was pretty great, too; his speciality was VERY vintage games like an early vector Asteroids that was different than the one we all know, Night Driver, Sea Wolf etc. It was rad!!! :P

    That's pretty awesome. Your son is obviously older ? My son will be 14 this year.

    Sometimes I wonder if I will see him some days. He lives in his room video gaming with all his friends... Is it his age, should I remove his stuff... Teenagers?

    He's 17. My wife and I had the couple beers, he didn't. He had just gotten home from being out with friends all day (thank goodness), so we took him with us to dinner. ;)

    Yeah, that's pretty normal for teenage boys these days. We just try to include him/get him out of the house if we're going out and he's been sitting around all day.
