    I am NOT spitting on Spitfire, nor do I think any of 'we' are - but I'm not gonna sub to it @ 2oFB... Arak was an awesome, exclusive and desired FTN ran by Smooth.

    All of the words already said; tumblr, Skype, MySpace, Flickr, AOL, Instagram, WhatsApp & Dig. All the same - when 'Microsoft' jumps in, its just not the same...

    AND, kudos to anyone attempting to keep a thing alive... its just not that thing anym0re.

    That's pretty unexpected. I still won't be rejoining for the reasons we've already discussed at length, but good luck to him!

    I noticed this on FB a person saying they are bringing it back but I know smooth would hook me back up once I was up and running again no issues but now wouldn't even sign up since Smooth is nolonger anything to do with it passing it over let it die it wouldn't be the same network anymore.

    Yeah, this has been brought up. I'm pretty sure Smooth is gone from the
    scene for good based on the lack of contact for so long (I started
    seeing problems in summer 2024).

    It's good idea to think about succession planning when you create
    something bigger than yourself. I know at least one othernet that has
    plans in place in case the founder can't continue. At least find a
    candidate just in case...
