From Sean Dennis@618:618/1 to All on Friday, November 03, 2023 00:52:42
    Hi everyone,

It's that time of year for us in North America to change our clocks back an hour at 2 AM this coming Sunday. Nothing like an extra hour of sleep! Just FYI to check your clocks and respective BBSes Sunday morning.

Mine's all automatic. Shouldn't be an issue. I'll make a point to reboot
the VM sunday morning just in case.

It's only been a week since I quit drinking, but man I've already noticed
a big difference in my sleeping. Went to bed last night at 10:00pm and
I slept right through until 6:30 this morning. Before that I'd be up every hour or two pissing or waking from nightmares etc.

i know it's going to be hard, but don't touch it again.
when you touch it again you lose. you're always going to want it.
just tell yourself you've had enough.

I joke about it, but on Friday, working from home, I was dragging. It's
been a long week. I left my office, went into the living room and took a
    25 minute nap.

I never nap, and I felt like I got twice as much done the remainder of
the afternoon than if I'd slogged through the day. One definite benefit
    to WFH. :)

We all need naps at times. I sleep more than I should because of my jacked schedule but I can force myself to get to sleep at night but late night/early morning my druggie neighbors are finaaly asleep and I can concentrate on programming!
