• How much would you spend...

How much would you spend to keep someone from getting $1 that you felt they didn't earn?

Would you be comfortable with the government spending $1 to stop someone whom you felt undeserving from getting $1?

Would you be comfortable with the governmnet spending $5 for $1?

    $10 per $1?

    $100 per $1?

    $1000 per $1?

    $1,000,000 per $1?

How much is that $1 worth to you?

    Jeff.

You decide, along with how much you would spend to stop them.

    Hello Jeff,

How much would you spend to keep someone from getting $1 that you felt they
    didn't earn?

    As much as possible.

Would you be comfortable with the government spending $1 to stop someone whom you felt undeserving from getting $1?

Once upon a time, that is what Ebeneezer Scrooge believed.

Would you be comfortable with the governmnet spending $5 for $1?

Once upon a time, that is what Ebeneezer Scrooge believed.

    $10 per $1?

Once upon a time, that is what Ebeneezer Scrooge believed.

    $100 per $1?

Once upon a time, that is what Ebeneezer Scrooge believed.

    $1000 per $1?

Once upon a time, that is what Ebeneezer Scrooge believed.

    $1,000,000 per $1?

Once upon a time, that is what Ebeneezer Scrooge believed.

How much is that $1 worth to you?

Once upon a time, that $1 was worth everything to Ebeneezer Scrooge.

But then he had some visitors came knocking on his door.

Who showed him The Answer to all his problems.

So what did Ebeneezer Scrooge do?

He gave it all away, to a small child who needed it most.

    Who got the greater reward?

Point is, if you want to make money you have to spend money.
Preferably somebody else's money. That is the way the world works.
    Always has, always will.
