Title: Grilled Chicken Thighs & Drumsticks

Yield: 18 servings
2 1/2 c Packed brown sugar
2 c Water
2 c Cider vinegar
2 c Ketchup
1 c Canola oil
4 tb Salt
3 tb Prepared mustard
4 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 tb Soy sauce
1 ts Pepper
1 ts Liquid Smoke; opt
10 lb Bone-in chicken thighs &
- drumsticks
1/2 ts Seasoned salt
In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients. Pour
into two large shallow dishes; add equal amounts of
chicken to dish; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate
overnight.
Drain and discard marinade. Sprinkle chicken with
seasoned salt. Grill chicken, covered, over indirect
medium heat, 15-20 minutes on each side.
