    Title: Cheese Ball
    Categories: Cheese, Vegetables, Nuts, Sancks
    Yield: 24 Servings

    16 oz Cream Cheese
    2 c Grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tb Pimiento
    1 tb Chopped bell pepper
    1 ts Worcestershire Sauce
    1 ts Lemon Juice
    Salt & pepper
    Chopped Nuts

    Combine softened cheeses. Add pimiento, green pepper,
    onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and
    pepper. Mix well; chill overnight. Shape into ball;
    roll in chopped nuts until covered.

    Title: Stinky Dried Beef Cheese Ball
    Categories: Five, Beef, Cheese, Dips
    Yield: 17 Servings

    16 oz Cream cheese; 2 pkg
    5 oz Jar dried beef
    2 ts Accent seasoning (MSG)
    1/2 tb Worcestershire sauce

    Shred the dried beef into tiny pieces.

    Mix beef, Accent, Worcestershire sauce, and cream cheese
    together until evenly mixed.

    Form a ball, or whatever shape you desire (I make snowmen
    during winter.) on a serving plate.

    Serve with crackers of your choice.

    Servings: 15-20
