Title: Curried Potatoes
Categories: Five, Potatoes, Herbs, Dairy
Yield: 2 Servings

2 lg Potatoes; cooked, cut in
- chunks
2 tb Oil
2 tb Curry powder
2 Green onions; chopped
Yogurt

Heat the oil and curry powder in a frypan over high heat.

Add the potatoes and toss until well-coated.

Cook 2-3 minutes, sprinkle with green onions and serve
with yogurt.
