Title: Low-Calorie Curry Flavoured Fish & Vegetable Soup

Yield: 2 servings
2 c (500 mL) chicken stock
1/2 ts Grated ginger
1 sm Clove garlic; grated
1 ts Curry powder
1/2 Onion
2 Leaves Cabbage
Broccoli & Cauliflower (a
- small amount)
Few drops sesame oil
2 ts Soy Sauce
White Pepper
150 g Whiting; in chunky pieces
Cut all vegetables into small bite-size pieces.
Place chicken stock in a large saucepan, add Ginger,
Garlic, Curry Powder, Onion and Cabbage, bring to the
boil over medium heat, and cook for a few minutes.
Add Broccoli and Cauliflower pieces. When Broccoli
pieces are half-cooked, add Sesame Oil, and season with
Soy Sauce and White Pepper.
Add Fish pieces. When Fish pieces are cooked, the soup
is ready.
