Gary Brooker, singer and pianist, best known for "A Whiter Shade
of Pale" - and sued by co-author, who was awarded 40% of rights
rather than 50%. Was never a fan of his music, but his audience
was in England not really so much in the USA.
He did make a lot of recordings, though. And did write lots of songs.
Or so he claimed.
