    So what's going on with your days now?

    They seem to be sticking to a 24 hour cycle although for the last couple of decades an hour appears to be much shorter than it used to be. There are still 24 of them to be had in a day.

    Lets see. Funding a family of 5 with 400$ a month (serious situation, federal/state aid kicking in but not fully until Feb). Been 3 months and 1 to go.

    Working 2-4 VADM (Navy flag officer) tasks per week and it's NOT simple stuff done in 1 hour or less.

    It's been keeping me off the BBS pretty much.

    Ouch! And at Christmas time too. The same thing happened to me when my pension first kicked in but it only took a couple months to resolve. It was at Christmas time too and my hot water heater decided to pack it in. Good thing it was just me though but it still was extremely stressful.

    I'll take your word on it. I've never been in the Navy and at this stage of the game it is HIGHLY unlikely I ever will be.
