Hi Folks!

Looking for suggestion for a utility or an easy way to display when a
file was last updated and put a small icon (or something) on the
Desktop. OS = Windows XP. "<Filename> was last updated 2 days ago" or
to that effect. Even better would be the option where the message
doen't appear until after a specified number of days.
